Temple Restoration exists with a clear and simple goal: to bring about your Temple Restoration through Intentional Living. In many cases this is simply going back to the basics of your holistic self-care as a starting point.
My purpose as a Nurse Coach is to empower and encourage you to step into action through intentional holistic living to bring about the Restoration of Man.
When your Temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) is holistically restored to a healthy state, you are better equipped to respond to the stresses and demands of modern life. This is achieved by intentional living. Intentional living means acting on your life through conscious intentional decisions.
Why Holistic? Because you are created by God as an interconnected being. God wants to invade every part of your being Mind - Body - Spirit. In the Bible, when we read about loving God we do so with Heart - Soul/Spirit - Mind/Strength (Deuteronomy 6:5, Matthew 22:37). When God created Adam, God formed him and breathed life into him and he became a living soul. Physical body + Breath of God = Living soul. You exist as an interconnected being by Your Creator God (Genesis 2:7).
Why Temple? You are created in the Image of God (Genesis 1:27) and your body as an interconnected whole is the Temple of the Holy Spirit and you are called to honor God as such (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, 3:16, 2 Corinthians 6:16, Romans 12:2).
Why Restoration? In the Garden of Eden when God created the man Adam, he was perfectly created in the Image of God (Genesis 1:27). You are also created in the Image of Almighty God to bring honor and glory to Him. Because of sin, you are not perfect and you will not obtain Eden perfection in this life but we also don't have to wait for heaven to begin restoration. You can, today, take intentional action steps to bring restoration to your life. The words of Moses still echo true today. Choose life and restoration (Deuteronomy 30:19, Jeremiah 30:17).
